‘nice n easy’ is a restaurant conceived and developed by Dimitris Christoforidis and Chef Christos Athanasiadis located in Kolonaki, Athens. Contemporary Mediterranean cuisine and international comfort food dishes are served using high quality farm-to-table ingredients that support sustainable agriculture. The emphasis on eating locally grown food is at the forefront of every recipe and nutritional value and calorie measurements are listed on the menus with a selection of vegetarian and gluten-free options. The cuisine at ‘nice n easy’ is fresh, the drinks are diverse and appealing and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The name and the design of the restaurant is inspired by Frank Sinatra’s legendary song ‘nice n easy’ illuminating a classic era that is simple yet stylish with a cinematic interior featuring an old world jazz and a Hollywood aesthetic.
Christos Athanasiadis has worked in the best kitchens throughout Greece and has already won numerous awards. In 2009, along with his business partner Dimitris Christoforidis, he founded ‘nice n easy’ restaurant in Kolonaki, followed by two more, in Mykonos and in Kifisia. In 2016 he partnered with Christoforidis again, to create ‘Nesaea’ restaurant in Mykonos, a farm-to-table organic restaurant serving Greek island cuisine. He is also a technical consultant to multiple major restaurants and companies. His recipes and interviews have been hosted in many gastronomy magazines and on television shows through Greece and globally. His charming personality and inherent passion for his work shines through in his menus, where the beauty of preparation and presentation is obvious from kitchen to table.
